Какая разница? 17% у ВГТРК (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Euronews#General) - достаточно для полного контроля над редакцией, которая больше никого из акционеров не интересует. При условии, что собственник 17% (число из Вики) не лезет в свою очередь в их сферу.
