You are welcome! Portugal might be hot in the summer, but if you keep yourself close to the sea it could be very nice. And no doubt - lot of history and magnificent nature. Have a nice trip!
About Madeira. I haven't been there, but my wife and daughter were there last year and they told me that it was a place worth to go back - a praise not made often by them previously about other places.
