Чем эстонский ВУЗ отличается от украинского или русского?

Сегодня на собрании нашего института права поймал себя на мысли, что на английском у нас говорят не просто многие и, даже, не большинство, а абсолютно все - 100%. Причём, на достаточно хорошем английском.

В большинстве стран мира - это уже нормально и естественно, но, увы к Украине и РФ это не относится. А жаль. Без английского современные образование и наука просто невозможны.

Do you mean every Ukrainian who wants to use English should get a grant? :)
I want to say the main problem with English in Ukraine is lack of native speakers and ability to visit English speaking countries. Any grant can't help this. And of course it is almost impossible to buy English books, very difficult to find movies with English track and so on. So even if Ukrainian one decide to learn English he meet much more problems than Estonian one.

P.S. The main problem is that Ukrainian majority don't want to be with Europe and they close this way for Ukrainian minority who want it. If you are the Ukrainian and want to live in Europe you have the only way - move out. :(

Sorry, that’s not true. Meanwhile I agree that the main problem is an attitude of some people.

I need detailed addresses of the shops! OK if you don't know Donetsk try to give me addresses of the shops in Kyiv.
If you will be able to give me them we will discuss about their stock.

I do not remember addresses by heart, meanwhile it was never a problem for me to bye a book in English in Ukraine. Some English movies in Ukrainian cinemas had subtitles only.

Finally, having internet - it's not a problem ANYWAY.

P.S. I did not say, that you were a liar. However everybody can make mistakes.

OK as I see you can't write even one address of the shop with good stock of English books even in Kyiv. Your words cost nothing.
Did you try to buy English books by Internet from Ukraine? How many months did you wait for the delivery? How many of them were stolen at the post office?

P.S. Do you really want to prove that Ukrainians have all to learn English but don't do it because they are just stupid Untermenschen except Supermen like you?
